Secure Your Slot

Pay the £20 booking fee within 48 hours via PayPal, cash or bank transfer to confirm your appointment.

Arrive Prepared

Come with clean lashes and skip the caffeine before your visit — then relax while I work my magic.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & deposits
  • To book an appointment, a £20 booking fee must be paid within 48 hours.
  • The booking fee can be paid via PayPal, cash or bank transfer and is non‑refundable.
  • If I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit is transferred to the next visit.
Cancellations
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
  • The fee must be paid via bank transfer within 2 days of the missed appointment.
  • Failure to pay the fee will unfortunately prevent future bookings.
On the day
  • Please arrive on time and without an accompanying person.
  • Arrive with clean lashes and avoid caffeine before your appointment.
  • If you feel cold or sick, I reserve the right to refuse your visit.
Aftercare & complaints
  • Follow the right aftercare for long-lasting results — full guidance given at your appointment.
  • Complaints are accepted within 3 days of your treatment.
  • Lash extension infills after 4 weeks classify as a full set.

By booking an appointment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and agrees to follow them.
